  • Q. I've never shopped on your site before, why can't I see any prices?
  • A.

    Before you start shopping, create a free account with us by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. You will need to create an account (register) before you can purchase any of our products. Please click on the "Create New Account" link and follow the instructions.

    Please note that after the registration your account still needs to be activated before you can proceed to creating an order. Once the account has been activated by our customer service representative, you will be able to see our product prices. The activation requests are fulfilled during the same business day.

  • Q. How do I use the shopping cart?
  • A.

    The shopping cart is simple.
    a) On the left side of the screen select the product category from which you wish to order.
    b) Please note that the ordering is done in multiples of 3, 6 and 12.
    Example: (By typing in "1" in an empty box underneath the item picture and beside the "x 12 Unit(s)" text, you will be ordering 12 items; by typing in "2", 24 items; "3", 36 items; etc.)

    Once you have entered the quantities you are willing to purchase, click on "Add Selected Items To Cart" and continue shopping on the next page.

    When you are ready to finalize your order click on "View Cart" tab and verify the quantity for each product you would like to buy, then click the "Proceed to Final Checkout" button.

    At the "invoice verification step" please verify the amounts once again and enter the relevant information into the designated fields. Now, click on the "purchase" button and your shopping session is complete.

  • Q. If I don't see a product listed that I want, can I place a special order?
  • A.

    Yes, we can place special orders on specific products. Just contact our customer service representative and inquire about a product that you are interested in. service@symaksales.com

  • Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
  • A.

    Yes, we have a secure site using SSL encryption. You can feel assured that no one else will be able to view your credit card information or other personal information.

  • Q. Price discrepancies?
  • A.

    Please note that the invoice created on our website is temporary. The official invoice is mailed to you and it does not necessarily match the temporary electronic invoice.

  • Q. What if I already purchased a product and want to see if it has been shipped?
  • A.

    First, log-in and then click on "My Account" link on the menu. Proceed by clicking on "View My Order History/Status" link in the middle of the page. You are then able to view your order status/history.

  • Q. What if I need to contact someone?
  • A.

    Click on the "Contact Info" tab at the top of the site. You will then enter the contact information page that will provide you with the necessary telephone numbers or email addresses.

  • Q. What if I want to change my billing address or any other type of personal info.?
  • A.

    Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. You will then enter "My account information" center. "My Account" section will let you make the necessary changes.

  • Q. What is the fastest way to find a product?
  • A.

    Type in the product name, product number, or description in the quick search box and click "search".
