Shipping Policy - Freight U.S. Customers:

FREE FREIGHT on orders whose value exceeds $750, except for the following states: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, California, Utah, Texas, and Wyoming. For these states, freight is capped at 10% on orders whose value exceeds $750. For Alaska, Hawaii, and non-U.S. locations, freight policy is handled on a case-by case basis.
Claims:
We cannot guarantee safe delivery of merchandise despite our best efforts. Transportation companies relieve us of all responsibility when they pick up your goods from our warehouse. If you receive a damaged box upon delivery, please sign for it as damaged. Doing so will aid us in processing your damage claim quickly.
Returns:
Accepted with prior authorization only.
Backorders:
We do not backorder any items.

Shipping Policy - Freight Canadian Customers:

FREE FREIGHT on all orders over $750. (Except for some northern regions.) All other orders will be FOB MONTREAL and will be sent using our most cost effective mode of transportation unless specified otherwise by the customer.
